Walk and Talk Therapy 

Walk and talk therapy combines movement, fresh air, and conversation in a relaxed, casual setting. Instead of sitting indoors, you meet your therapist for a walk in a comfortable, familiar area. This approach can feel more natural and less intimidating, helping you open up more easily while getting out of the house, reducing stress, and supporting both mental and physical well-being.
